This petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents not to interfere the civil dispute as guideline made by this Court pertaining the petitioner's mother land bearing S.No.446/11A, 446/11B Hectares to the extent of 250 sq. meter situated at Thottakudi, Maruthakulam, Tirunelveli District under the guise of enquiry.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State, who would submit that on the complaint given by the third respondent, a petition enquiry was conducted and the same was subsequently closed on 15.06.2017. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
