After a brief submission, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that certain mistakes have crept in while drafting the writ petition. He prays for and is granted permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition with correct details.
In view of above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
