Salvi vs Shakuntlaben

This appeal has been listed for final hearing on the board of 9th January, 2012 and has been called out for hearing on each day till date. However, at all calls, the learned advocate for the appellants has not bothered to remain present. In the circumstances, the court is left with no option but to dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. The appeal is accordingly dismissed.
