Bipin Bhatt, learned Assistant Government Pleader prays for time to file an affidavit explaining as to why the persons named at Serial No.3 to 26 at page 98 to 102 of the memorandum of the application have been continued in service in disregard of the principle of 'last come first go' whereas the applicant who is much senior to them has been terminated. At his request, the matter is adjourned to 2nd March, 2012.
