Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
The present petition has been filed for direction upon the court of Additional District Judge, Court No.9, Ghaziabad to decide Execution Case No.01 of 2018 (Saloni Lal Vs. Mohit) within stipulated period.
From the order-sheet of the case it appears that on last two occasions the Presiding Officer was on leave and on 6th April, 2018, the lawyers were on strike and therefore the proceedings had to be adjourned. The next date fixed in the matter is 27th April, 2018.
Since the proceedings are of the year 2018 and short dates are being fixed by the court concerned, no specific direction need be issued, at this stage. It is expected that the court concerned shall proceed with the matter in accordance with law With the aforesaid observation, the petition is disposed off.
