JUDGMENT / ORDER

In answer to the notice issued by this Court on 14.02.2012, the accused came to be arrested and investigation is carried out in accordance with law.
However, in case of difficulty, it will be open for the petitioner to approach the Commissioner of Police, Ahmedabad City and looking to the nature of allegations and offences registered under Information Technology Act, if need be, assistance of CID [Crime] / Cyber Cell of Investigating Agency be taken and action be taken accordingly.
With the aforesaid, this petition stands disposed of.
Notice is discharged.
