(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The matter was mentioned in the morning for urgent circulation today on the ground that the applicant is coming all the way from Rajkot.
Permission was granted.

2. The present application is filed by the wife of the convict, who is on temporary bail pursuant to order passed by this Court on 30.05.2012 granting him temporary bail for a period of two weeks so as to see that he is able to remain present at the time of marriage of his younger sister.
3. The present application is filed seeking extension of temporary bail for a period of 45 days so as to complete repairing work of the house. In support of the application, photographs are produced showing that there is no roof on some portion of the residential premises of the applicant. The applicant states that the convict, who is on temporary bail, has already arranged for some building material, required for carrying out the repairs and if extension is granted, it will be possible for him to carry out the repairs so that the mother of the convict and the applicant can reside in the premises. She also submitted that looking to the ensuing monsoon season, repair work is required to be taken urgently.
4. RULE.
Mr.L.R.Pujari, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of Rule on behalf of the respondent-State.
5. For the contents of the application, the same is allowed. The temporary bail is extended for a period of 25 (twenty five) days from the date of expiry of the earlier temporary bail period.
6. The convict shall surrender to the Jail authorities on expiry of the temporary bail period.
7. Rule is made absolute.
Registry is directed to communicate this order by fax to the jail authorities.
