Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.
The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Salman, with a prayer to release his on bail in Case No.904 of 2020, Case Crime No.59 of 2020, under Section-3/8 of the Uttar Pradesh Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, I.P.C., Police Station- Singhwali, District-Ghaziabad, during pendency of trial.
In the present case applicant was arrested and on account of spread of first wave of novel corona virus. He was released on interim bail by the jail authorities in pursuance of the order of the Hon'ble Apex Court. Therefore, he had not surrendered before the jail and has moved anticipatory bail application before this court.
Learned AGA has pointed criminal history of four cases of the applicant. In view of the above, it is not a fit case for anticipatory bail.
It is, accordingly, rejected.
