Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA.
Present writ petition has been preferred for a direction to Commissioner, Moradabad Mandal to decide the appeal of the petitioner expeditiously and to stay the effect and operation of the externment order dated 29.6.2021 passed by the District Magistrate, Bijnor till the decision of the appeal pending before respondent no.2.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the appellate authority to decide the appeal in question of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within two months from the date of production of copy of this order.
