JUDGMENT / ORDER

This case relates to the year 2008. A request for adjournment has been made by Ms Mohini Srivastava, Advocate, with the plea that the arguing counsel Sri Shiva Kant Tiwari is not available.
I find that Sri Rajesh Pandey, Sri Mukteshwar Mishra, Ms. Dipti Srivastava, S.C. Shukla, Sri O.N. Tripathi all are also advocates in this case.
Ms Mohini Srivastava, Advocate, has appeared, however, without any file and has not been able to give any reason for continuance of stay.
Considering that it is very old matter and has been adjourned for one reason or the other, stay order is hereby vacated.
List after three weeks.
