JUDGMENT / ORDER

A Supplementary affidavit filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner is taken on record.
A short counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 3 is also taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted three days time to file his reply to the same.
Shri M.A. Khan, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the respondent nos. 2 and 3 states that his client shall not oppose any prayer for adjournment that may be made by the petitioner before the revisional court, where the matter is stated to be fixed for tomorrow i.e. 27th February, 2014.
Put up as fresh on 7th March, 2014.
