BELOW SPEAKING TO MINUTES By way of present Speaking to Minute, the applicant has prayed for correction in the year, i.e. from January, 2012 to January, 2011, from which the respondent No.2-husband is directed to pay Rs.2,800/-per month to the applicant instead of Rs.1,350/- per month towards maintenance amount.
Heard Ms.Sneha Joshi, learned counsel for the applicant. Ms.Joshi states that because of inadvertent mistake, the date of order from which the amount of maintenance is mentioned as January, 2012 instead of January, 2011. She, therefore, prayed to change the same as January, 2011.
In view of averments made in the Speaking to Minutes, the same is hereby is allowed. Now in the judgment and order dated 24th February, 2012, in paragraph No.7, month from which the respondent No.2-husband is directed to pay Rs.2,800/- per month to the applicant instead of Rs.1,350/- per month towards maintenance amount be read as January, 2011 instead of January, 2012.
