Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the order dated 8.5.2018 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Sardhana Meerut in Criminal Case No. 555 of 2012 (State Vs. Kasim and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 627 of 2012, under Sections- 332, 353, 504, 506 I.P.C. and under Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station- Sardhana, District- Meerut.
Upon instruction received, Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned AGA states that in pursuance of the directions of higher police authority further investigation in the case is pending and six weeks time may be granted to complete such investigation.
List on 14 September, 2018 in top ten cases.
In such circumstances, since, the matter is being heard on framing of charges the charges may not be framed by the learned court below till submission of supplementary police report.
