Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the order dated 02.4.2019 passed by Additional Sessions Judge/F.T.C.-II, Jaunpur in Case No.447 of 2013 (Salma Vs. Nabi Jaan), under Section 128 Cr.P.C., Police Station- Badlapur, District- Jaunpur.
Submission is that the applicants have made an application before the Additional Sessions Judge/F.T.C.-II, Jaunpur, praying that the amount of maintenance awarded to them may be directed to be paid by the opposite party No.2.
It has been submitted that the court below is proceeding with the application of the applicant.
This application is disposed of directing the court below to execute the correct amount against the opposite party No.2 in favour of the applicants, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
