JUDGMENT / ORDER

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petitioner has come up under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for getting order dated 13.05.2014 passed by the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court-I, Hosdurg in CMP.5366/2014 in Crime No.528/2013, set aside. 2. While enlarging the petitioner on bail in the crime relating to offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 IPC and Section 15(3) of the Indian Medical Council Act, the petitioner was directed to appear before the investigating officer on the first Monday of every month till the filing of the final report. Through the Crl.M.P., the petitioner had approached the court below for getting the said condition lifted. The court below did not find any reason to lift the condition and, therefore, dismissed the said Crl.M.P.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Crl.M.C.4284/2014 : 2 :
the learned Public Prosecutor.
4. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that the investigating officer has reported that the petitioner had abide by the condition till 07.07.2014 only and thereafter, she has not cared to observe the condition imposed in the bail order. There is absolutely nothing to interfere with the condition imposed in the bail order. When the petitioner has failed to observe the condition imposed in the bail order, necessary consequences will follow.
With the said observations, this Crl.M.C. is dismissed.
