JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ashok Bhushan, Ag. C.J. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to the 4th respondent in view of the order we are psssing.
2. The petitioner, by this writ petition, seeks for a direction commanding the 3rd respondent not to summon the petitioner to the police station and not to harass her or not to meddle with the petitioner's right to enjoyment to her property covered by Ext. P1.
3. The learned Government Pleader submits that an order of status quo has been passed in Suit No. 557/2014 with regard to the property in dispute. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said order is confined to eastern boundary.
4. The learned Government Pleader submits that a complaint was received that defendants are trespassing into the property and violating the status quo order. In that regard, the petitioner was summoned. It is submitted that there is no police harassment to the petitioner as alleged. The parties have already gone to the civil court for claiming their rights in the property and they may settle the issues there.
W.P(C) No. 27008 of 2014 -: 2 :-
5. In view of the statement of the learned Government Pleader, we do not think that this is a case of police harassment. The fact that the petitioner was summoned to the police station in the wake of a complaint that interim order is violated, cannot be said to be police harassment.
With the above observation, this writ petition is closed.
