This contempt of court case is filed alleging that the respondent herein has willfully disobeyed the direction issued by this Court in Annexure-1 judgment in W.P.(C) No.3557 of 2013. When the contempt case came up for hearing today, learned counsel on both sides submitted that the Government have by G.O(Rt.) No.1811/2014/G.Edn. dated 12.5.2014 disposed of Exts.P4 and P5 representations. A copy thereof has also been produced along with I.A.No.205 of 2014 as Annexure R1(a). Such being the situation, I am of the opinion that no further orders are called for in this contempt case. It is accordingly closed. rkc.
