Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2, Sri Kaushalendra Nath Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.3 and Sri M.C. Chaturvedi, AAG-I, assisted by Sri Suresh Singh, learned Standing Counsel for respondent no.4.
After advancing his arguments at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners made a prayer that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a representation before respondent no.4 for redressal of his grievance.
To the aforesaid prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the respondents has no objection.
In view of above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, we dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to file a comprehensive representation before respondent no.4 alongwith the certified copy of this order, within a period of four weeks from today.
