(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) Learned counsel, Mr. Shelat sought to withdraw the petition at this stage with a view to making appropriate application before the City Civil Court for necessary relief. It is hoped that as and when such an application is made, learned City Civil Judge concerned will accord appropriate priority to the matter. In the meantime, the petitioner is at liberty to make appropriate representation before the land acquisition authority concerned. Direct service.
