Salimbhai vs State

In view of the office note, it appears that the party-in-person, Salimbhai Yusubbhai Kalujiwala has not submitted the copies. He is present in the Court and has requested that he would submit the copies in the registry during the course of the day.

Therefore upon submitting the copies, issue fresh notice returnable on 6 th August, 2012.
