The prayer made in the writ petition is wholly misconceived and no particulars of the FIR for which the investigation is sought to be conducted by the C.B.I. or C.B.C.I.D. or some other independent agency.
The petition lacks merit. It is, accordingly, dismissed on this ground alone with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh petition with proper prayer.
