JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A.
It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the co-accused Rajiv alias Raju has been granted bail and the allegations are similar.
Per contra, learned AGA opposed prayer for bail.
In this view of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, let the applicant Salim alias Gabber be released on bail in case crime No. 213 of 2009, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 452, 302, 34 I.P.C, P.S Chaubeypur, district Kanpur Nagar on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
