Petitioners claim to be working since 1995 on honorarium basis in the Commercial Education Scheme of the State in Rajendra Prasad Inter College, Meerganj, Bareilly. Grievance of the petitioners is that the trade, in which the petitioners have been continuing for the last more than twenty years, the Principal has engaged other persons, on account of which, petitioners apprehend that there could be interference in their working and that their salary would also be reduced.
Perusal of the record would go to show that the Principal has forwarded the matter to the District Inspector of Schools, Bareilly and the engagement of other persons is yet to be approved by the Inspector concerned.
At this stage of the matter, no interference accordingly is called for. It shall however be open for the petitioner to represent their grievance before respondent No. 4 along with certified copy of this order, who shall afford an opportunity of hearing to the affected persons, and thereafter, take an appropriate decision in accordance with law.
