Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State- respondents.
All the petitioners claim themselves to be regularized as L.T.Grade Teacher under Section 33- G of Act No.5 of 1982 since 2016.
It is submitted that the petitioners had opened GPF account and regular deposits were being made from their salary since before 2016. Now by the impugned order deduction of GPF from the salary of the petitioners has been stopped on account of the fact that the matter is pending before the State Government as per communication of the Director dated 27.12.2017 and since then no deduction is being made. It is also submitted that all the petitioners want is that the State Government may take final decision in the matter.
The writ petition is disposed of with the observation that in case such a matter is pending before the State Government pursuant to the letter of the Director dated 27.12.2017, the State Government may take final decision in the same in accordance with law.
