The sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the Case No. 70 of 2013 (Salil Kumar Singh and others vs. Champa Devi and others) under Section 34 of the Land Revenue Act be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the Case No. 70 of 2013 be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
