2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take action based on the representation given by her on 16.08.2017 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent, in accordance with law.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has given a representation on 16.08.2017 the Executive Engineer of the Corporation of Chennai, has not passed any order so far.
4. Mr.T.C.Gopalakrishnan learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the respondents submitted that the Executive Engineer, Corporation of Chennai may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.08.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the Executive Engineer, Corporation of Chennai to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.08.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
