SPP for R1; Sri.K.Ranjan Kumar, Advocate for R2) This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to quash the FIR in Cr.No.122/2013 of Kavoor P.S., Mangalore against the petitioners and its consequent Criminal Proceedings in PCR No.65/2013 pending on the file of the J.M.F.C. (III Court), Mangalore D.K.
This Criminal Petition coming on for Admission, this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R Heard learned counsel for petitioners and perused the petition.
2. The petitioners have sought to quash the FIR in Crime No.122/2013 registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 r/w 34 IPC. By order dated 26.08.2013, the investigation into the alleged offences was stayed.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri. Vijayakumar Majage, learned Additional SPP appearing for respondent No.1 submits that on 20.08.2013 itself, ‘B’ Summary report was submitted to the court in Crime No.122/2013. The submission made by Additional SPP is placed on record.
4. In view of the above, nothing survives for consideration in this petition. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
