Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. Shri Mahesh Narain Singh has accepted notice on behalf of Gaon Sabha.
The petitioner is before this Court assailing the order dated 9.3.2018 passed by the Addl. Commissioner, Meerut Division, Meerut in Appeal No.13 of 2015-16; Salek Chand Yadav v. State of U.P. & Ors. and the order dated 8.6.2016 passed by SDM, Sikandrabad Dehat, Distt. Bulandshahar in Suit No.T- 20161117041387 under Section 38 (4) of U.P. Revenue Code, Salek Chand Yadav v. State of U.P. and for a further direction to Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sikandrabad, Distt. Bulandshahar to mutate the name of the petitioner in New Gata No.872 situated at Village and Tehsil Sikandrabad, Distt. Bulandshahar.
The Court has proceeded to examine the record in question and does not find any infirmity or illegality in the orders impugned and no good ground has been made out to make interference in the matter under Art.226 of the Constitution of India.
The writ petition sans merit and is accordingly dismissed.
