JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition complaining of inaction on the part of the first respondent in considering Exhibit P2 complaint submitted by her. According to the petitioner, by the illegal parking of auto rickshaws in front of her house, nuisance as well as hardships are caused to her. She also complains of flags of political parties that are placed in front of her house. Therefore, she had submitted Exhibit P2 to the first respondent. However, the first respondent has not considered the same, it is contended. 2. Since Exhibit P2 is pending consideration of the first respondent, it shall be sufficient that this writ petition is disposed of directing the same to be considered.
This writ petition is therefore disposed of directing the first respondent to consider Exhibit P2 complaint of the petitioner, after affording an opportunity of being heard to W.P.(C) No.33254 of 2014-F -:2:-
the petitioner as well as other interested persons and to pass appropriate orders in the matter, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of six weeks of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
