Present petition has been filed for quashing the impugned first information report dated 23.10.2021 registered as Case Crime No. 0953 of 2021, under Section 380 I.P.C., P.S.- Sikandrabad, District- Bulandshahr.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
Prayer aforesaid is allowed.
Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
