By order dated 08.03.2018 passed in Writ C- No. 6764 of 2018, filed by the applicant, liberty was granted to him to file objection to the inspection report dated 12.08.2016 along with certified copy of the order of Writ Court and in that event, the objection filed by the applicant would be decided expeditiously preferably within a period of three weeks' from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order.
On the matter being taken up today, learned counsel for the opposite party has placed on record the order dated 09.07.2018 passed in compliance of the directions issued by the Writ Court, whereby objection of the applicant has been decided.
Having regard to the above facts, this Court does not find any good reason to proceed any further against the opposite party.
The contempt application is disposed of accordingly.
