Heard Sri J.S. Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri C.B. Gupta, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in original suit no. 725 of 2005, on injunction application notice was issued. Against that, petitioner has filed a revision on 2.9.2005 and an interim order was passed restraining the defendant/opposite party, its officers, servants and employee from causing any interference in the property in suit. Now the Revision has been dismissed as not maintainable .
Put up on 12.7.2010. In the meantime till the next date of listing parties are directed to maintain status-quo with regard to the nature and possession over the suit property.
