JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner has approached this Court complaining about the inaction on the part of the 3rd respondent to give effect to Ext.P5 order by the Sub Divisional Magistrate wherein respondents 1 and 2 were called upon to make necessary arrangements to avoid water logging in the property owned by the petitioner herein.
2. According to the petitioner, no action has been taken by the 3rd respondent pursuant to Ext.P5 order and hence he has approached this Court.
3. Learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submits that though they have not received copies of Exts.P3 and P5, they have taken all necessary steps pursuant to abate the nuisance alleged in Ext.P5 order.
4. However, since the petitioner still submits that Ext.P5 order has not been implemented, it is for the 3rd W.P.C.No.12523/2014 2 respondent to consider whether the same has been implemented so far. Under these circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of as under:
Third respondent shall ensure that Ext.P5 order is implemented and necessary steps in that regard shall be taken within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
