This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the order passed by the 1st respondent vide Memo No. 3797/CS-1 (1)/2013-1, dated 01-08-2013, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to set aside the same.”
Mr.A.Ravi Shankar, learned Counsel for the petitioner, has circulated, letter, dated 14-11-2014, to the Registry of this Court, wherein he has stated that his client has instructed him to withdraw the Writ Petition. Today, at the hearing, the learned Counsel has reiterated the said request.
Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.31192 of 2013, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
