JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that C.C. No.47 of 2010, which has been challenged in this Criminal Original Petition has A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.
jer/vv been dismissed as withdrawn, at the instance of the respondent/ complainant and the learned counsel would further submit that nothing survives in this petition. He prays that the matter may be disposed of accordingly. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. Taking note of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the endorsement made by him, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as nothing survives for adjudication in the matter. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
