JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with above Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the respondents, relating to the orders of the fourth respondent in Ref. No.A.2103/2000 dated 30.05.2003, Ref.No.A.2103/2000 dated 30.05.2003 and Ref. No.A.2103/2000 dated 09.06.2003 and quash the same and direct the respondents herein to grant 90% subsidy as per the scheme of the Central Government.
2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Government has passed orders stating that there is waiver of loan amount as per G.O.Ms.No.326, Agricultural (Ve.Po) Department, dated 05.11.2008 and that there was an agreement between the parties to that effect. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also produced a copy of the receipt showing that the petitioner-Company has paid a sum of Rs.10,24,100/- paid and that the Government has made a mention in the receipt that there are no further dues on the issue in question. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of, as no further adjudication is required. No costs.
