Learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 4 has produced a photo copy of the first information report registered as Case Crime No. 0252 of 2021, under Sections 366, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Sarsawa, district Saharanpur and stated that even the girl has been recovered and she is staying alongwith her parents.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed.
This writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed. No order as to costs.
