Heard Shri S.K. Jain, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Nimai Dass, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
Instructions have come from the State. It appears that the petitioner has filed no objection to the recoveries made against him against non- payment of road tax.
We, therefore, allowed the petitioner 15 days' time from today to file his objections. In case, the petitioner files his objection, the same may be disposed of in accordance with law.
For a period of 15 days from today, no coercive action may be taken against the petitioner.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
