Sri Araf Khan, learned counsel has entered appearance on behalf on respondent no. 7.
Sri Araf Khan, learned counsel for the respondents states that the F.I.R. has been lodged in the matter as case crime No.0087 of 2018, under Sections 363 and 366 of the IPC, P.S.Phejganj Behta, District- Budaun.
Faced with the aforesaid submission, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take appropriate remedy.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
