Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing a direction to the Trial Court to decide the Original Suit No. 585 of 2009 (Sakib Ali & Another vs. Sharik Rana & Others), expeditiously.
Counsel for the plaintiffs-petitioners points out that initially the suit was directed to proceed ex parte against the defendants. Now by an order dated 26.11.2018 the said order has been recalled and the defendants have been granted time to file written statement.
Having regard to these facts, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
