Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Amresh Singh for the Gaon Sabha, the respondent no. 4.
The writ petition is directed against an order dated 19.07.2018, whereby certain proceedings have been dismissed for default by the Tehsildar, Dataganj.
It has been recorded that the proceedings are being dismissed as counsel for the parties have failed to appear.
Upon hearing counsel for the parties and upon a perusal of the impugned order, I do not find any illegality therein.
The writ petition is wholly devoid of merit and is dismissed.
