Called in revise. None appeared to press the writ petition. In circumstances, we ourselves have perused the record.
By means of the present writ petition, petitioner has sought following relief:
" (i) issue a writ or certiorari quahsing the notice dated 17.6.99 (Annexure 15 to the writ petition):
(ii) issue the writ of mandamus directing the respondent no.5 to dispose off the application of the petitioner regarding disbursement of interest subsidy to the petitioner under interest subsidy scheme & to renew the registration of the unit permanently and to reimburse the unit
(iii) issue a writ of prohibition restraing the Bank- respondent no. 1 to adopt any coercive measures against the petitioner till the disposal of this application by the Bank itself and by the respondent no.2, 3, 4 and 5.
(iv) issue direction to the respondent-Bank and the Khadi Gramodyog to pay pecuniary compensation of Rs. 20 lacs to the petitioner for the damages and injury caused to it on account of lapses on their part.
Having gone through the entire writ petition, we do not find any ground entitling the petitioner for grant of any of above reliefs. No interference, therefore, is called for.
Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
