JUDGMENT / ORDER

I have heard the learned counsel and learned Public Prosecutor.
2. In view of the order dated 06.03.2014 in B.A.No.1431 of 2014 and since I find no change of circumstances, further request for the same relief cannot be entertained.
3. Learned counsel requested that the petitioner may be granted time to surrender before the officer investigating the case. It is submitted that wife of the petitioner was critically ill and hence the petitioner could not surrender before the investigating officer.
4. Having heard both sides, I am inclined to allow the request for time to surrender before the investigating officer.
The application is disposed of as under:
(i) Petitioner shall surrender before the officer investigating Crime No.432 of 2014 of the Angamaly Police Station on 06.06.2014 at 10 a.m and on other days as the investigating officer may direct in case interrogation is not completed.
(ii) In case arrest of the petitioner is recorded, he shall be produced before the jurisdictional magistrate as early as possible.
