In this petition, the petitioner claims his title based on Ext.P1 settlement deed. The petitioner approached the authority for effecting transfer of the property. The authority refused to act upon the petitioner's request on account of pendency of Writ Petition No. 11717/2009. Thus the petitioner approached this Court.
2. The transfer of registry is for the fiscal purpose, if the petitioner has obtained valid title, based on Ext.P1. If no other name is recorded in the register other than the donor of the petitioner, necessarily, transfer of registry shall be effected without further delay.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed.
