Petitioners on their entire properties would be disturbed, if the Police Chauki is shifted near the petitioners' house, for which petitioners have recently requested the respondent Authority, namely, Superintendent of Police, Siddharth Nagar who is the highest authority as far as shifting of the police Chauki is concerned.
Considering the problems raised by the petitioners, we direct the respondent no.3/Superintendent of Police to hear the petitioners and decide their representation sympathetically also.
This petition shall also be considered by respondent No.3/District Magistrate, Siddharth Nagar as a representation.
With these observations, this petition stands disposed of.
