Therefore, the petition is admitted. Service of Rule is waived by learned Counsel Mr. P.S. Champaneri, appearing for respondents No.1 & 2. It is directed that respondents No.1 & 2 shall remain personally present before this Court on 12.9.2012 for framing of the charge.
