As prayed by Sri N.I.Jafri, learned counsel for the applicant, the bail application filed on behalf of the Sajju Khan may be dismissed as withdrawn.
The prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant is allowed, accordingly the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
Since on the request of Mr. N.I.Jafri, Advocate the bail application on behalf of the Sajju Khan has been rejected without referring to the merit of the case, as such, any subsequent bail application on behalf of the Sajju Khan connecting above case crime number shall not be treated as tied up or part heard to this Court.
It is made clear that no order has been in the connected bail application of Akhtar Katra @ Ashraf in Crl. Misc. Bail Application No. 26967 of 2017.
