It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that both parties have entered into a compromise outside the court and as such the case may be decided in terms of compromise arrived at between the parties.

Learned counsel for opposite party no.2 is directed to file counter affidavit within two weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within a week thereafter.

Let the matter be listed in the week commencing 19.9.2016 before appropriate Bench.

This order will not tantamount that any interim order is operative in favour of the applicant.
