Heard Mr. Mohd. Ayub, learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AG.A. for the State.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application as material particulars and details have been been mentioned in the affidavit.
The prayer made for is bonafide. Accordingly, the same is allowed.
The application is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
Certified copy of the impugned order be returned to the learned counsel for the applicants after obtaining a photostat copy of the same to be kept on record.
