ORDER:
Petitioner, who has sought issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds under statutory Form VI (A) dated 04.02.2014, has approached this Court by the present writ petition alleging inaction against the fourth respondent.
2. The aforesaid application is stated to relate to Ac.2.00 cents in Sy.No.59 of Nimmalagudem village, Jangareddygudem Mandal, West Godavari District.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, who has received instructions, submits that the application of the petitioner could not be considered earlier on account of General Elections. However, the fourth respondent would take appropriate steps, in accordance with law, to consider and dispose of the said application.
In view of the said assertion on behalf of the fourth respondent, the writ petition is disposed of directing the fourth respondent to consider the aforesaid application of the petitioner in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders expeditiously, in any case, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
